WHY ONE BAG, NOT FIVE

Five inputs that only work together.

Humic acid without biology is a soil conditioner. Biology without a food source starves. Bought separately you also have to get the ratios right.

Bought separately you pay four or five times and still have to get the ratios right. Blended, the ratio is already decided.

VS BUYING SEPARATELY

Four bottles, or one bag.

Most growers end up with a humic bottle, a kelp bottle, an amino bottle and a bag of inoculant. The honest side-by-side, including where buying separately wins.

THE ONE-STAR RULE

When reviews land on this product we publish all of them, including the bad ones. If a grower says it did nothing, you will read it here rather than find it on Reddit.

"Watered it in on a Sunday and by the next weekend the tomatoes were standing up in the afternoon instead of flopping. First silica product where I could point at the change."

WHY WE MADE THIS ONE

We got tired of half-empty bottles.

Humic in one bottle, kelp in another, aminos in a third, inoculant in a bag. Four part-used containers and a ratio nobody could repeat twice. So we put the lot in one bag at a ratio we could stand behind.

Ask us anything

How is this different from Minerals?

Minerals is one thing: volcanic silica, milled fine. This is a blend that conditions the soil as well, with humic and fulvic acids, kelp, amino acids and live biology.

What is actually in it?

Humic and fulvic acids, kelp extract, amino acids, and mycorrhizae with Bacillus bacteria. Soil conditioning, a microbial food source and live biology in one bag.

Will it clog my sprayer or drip?

It suspends and passes standard filtration. Pre-mix in a small volume first and keep agitation on long runs. Use non-chlorinated water, or the biology dies before it lands.

How long before I see anything?

The soil changes before the crop does. Water soaking in rather than running off is the first thing most growers notice; the rest builds over five to eight weeks.

Will chlorine kill the biology?

Chlorine and peroxide will. Use non-chlorinated water, or let tap water stand first, and don't run it through a freshly sanitised line.

Which crops does it help?

Broadly, in any ground that has been worked hard. Brassicas and beets don't form mycorrhizal associations, so they take the rest of the blend and not that part.

Can I use it with my nutrients?

Yes. It isn't a fertilizer, though the amino acids bring some available nitrogen. Add it as its own step, not premixed into concentrated stock.

Do I still need a separate humic or kelp?

Not if you are running this. Humic, fulvic, kelp and amino acids are already in the blend. Bottles still win if you want to dial each input separately.

How long will a bag last?

That depends on your rate and how much ground you treat. It comes in 1 lb, 3 lb and 10 lb. It carries live biology, so buy what you will use inside a season.

What if it does nothing for my plants?

Tell us and we'll make it right. Report anything damaged or missing within 3 days and we'll replace it, and unopened product can be returned within 30 days.

How is this different from the plain Minerals bag?

The Minerals bag is one thing: volcanic silica, milled fine. This is a blend built to work on the soil as well as the plant, with humic and fulvic acids, kelp extract, amino acids and live biology. If you want silicon, buy Minerals. If your ground is tired and you want to condition it while you feed it, this is the one.

What is actually in the bag?

Humic and fulvic acids for soil structure, nutrient uptake and water retention. Kelp extract as a food source for the microbes and for stress resistance. Amino acids for readily available nitrogen. Mycorrhizae and Bacillus bacteria to extend the root system's absorptive surface for phosphorus and water.

Will the powder clog my sprayer or drip lines?

It suspends and passes standard sprayer and drip filtration. Pre-mix in a small volume of water first rather than dumping it into a full tank, keep agitation running on long fertigation events, and rinse the line at the end. Use non-chlorinated water, or the live half of the bag is dead before it reaches the root.

How long before I actually see anything?

The soil changes before the crop does, so the first fortnight is quiet. Water soaking in instead of running off is usually the first thing growers notice. Colonisation shows from around week three, and the stress-tolerance benefit builds over five to eight weeks. Nothing here works in 48 hours.

Will chlorinated water kill the biology?

Chlorine and peroxide will. Use non-chlorinated water, or let tap water stand so the chlorine gasses off, and don't run it through a line you have just sanitised. Everything else in a normal feed program is fine.

Which crops does it actually help?

Broadly. Soil conditioning and better water retention help any crop in any ground that has been worked hard. The mycorrhizal half is the one exception worth knowing: brassicas and beets do not form mycorrhizal associations, so they take the rest of the blend and not that part.

Can I use it with my existing nutrients?

Yes. It isn't a fertilizer and doesn't replace your feed program, though the amino acids do bring some readily available nitrogen with them. Add it as its own step rather than premixing into a concentrated nutrient stock, and if you're running a reservoir, add it last.

Do I still need a separate humic or kelp product?

Not if you are running this. That is the point of it: humic, fulvic, kelp and amino acids are already in the blend at a fixed ratio. Growers who want to dial each input separately for a specific crop still prefer bottles, and that is a fair reason to buy them.

How long will a bag last me?

That depends on your application rate and how much ground you are treating. It comes in 1 lb, 3 lb and 10 lb, so you can match the size to your grow. It carries live biology, so buy what you will use inside a season rather than stockpiling it.

What if it doesn't do anything for my plants?

Tell us and we'll make it right. Report anything damaged or missing within 3 days and we'll replace it, and unopened product can be returned within 30 days. We'll also ask what you grew and how you applied it, because that feedback is how the next batch gets better.
